Control Engineering, Inc. warrants these products to be free of defects in material or manufacturing for one year from date of shipment. This warranty will not be valid in cases of mis-application, product modification, tampering, or mis-handling. The factory must be advised of any warranty claims prior to product returns. Control Engineering's liability for warranty claims shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective product. There are no other warranties expressed or implied.
